If you’re an organization doing large, bulk orders, then these guys might be for you. Otherwise, if you’re an individual who is doing a small $100-$200 order, then these guys are anything BUT professional. Want help finding the right color for your project? Forget it, they’re not going to help you. They’ll direct you to a website. Does the website help at all? Not in the least, the colors are extremely difficult to match in real life, and samples are extremely expensive to order ($10 each). That means if you want 3-5 samples to make sure you’re getting the right color, then that cost is on you. Are they going to order the powder once you find it? Nope. You need to order the powder and the samples to their location. Are you going to know how much powder to order? No, because you’re not an expert, and they won’t remember to tell you before you place the order. Are they going to quote an exact price for the finished product? Nope, you’ll get three different quotes from three different employees, depending on how much they like you. If the color doesn’t match, will they try to fix it? No, they’ll send it to another company to acid wash, and charge you again for the entire proces

Was my first time dealing with these guys was pleasantly surprised by there professionalism and amazing communication. They communicated through every step of the process even sometimes texting after there business hours. Great group of people do deal with. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know!.. but best of all beautiful work.. Thanks!

Wonderful experience from the initial inquiry to picking up the finished product. Really enjoyed working with the team who took time to listen and really understand my requirements. They did an AMAZING job on my motorcycle rims - I still cannot believe how well they came out.
